Southern Dunes is a gated estate built around an award winning golf course located just a short drive from all the major attractions that central Florida has to offer, including Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando and Legoland.

Within the estate there are tennis courts, large swimming pools, children’s playgrounds, a gym and of course, the golf course and it’s clubhouse.

There are three airports to chose to fly into that are close by; Orlando International (45 mins), Tampa International (65 mins) and Sanford International (70 mins).
